Framing
The first step in each project engagement we undertake involves framing: understanding the context which underpins our approach, as well as uncovering all assumptions and biases so that we can move forward with honesty and curiosity.
Our approach to framing is highly collaborative, as we work with you and your team to deeply understand the critical factors that will guide our approach going forward.
Problem Definition

With a better understanding of the context informing the project we ask a simple question: What’s the problem we’re trying to solve?
Problem Definition allows us to uncover and challenge assumptions and biases in order to ensure we are approaching the project from a place of curiosity and humility. We these core tenets in mind we can develop a hypothesis to be tested and refined as we gather relevant data and convert them into insights.

Testing
This is where things get interesting. By deploying low-risk tests we’re able to collect valuable data which allow us to refine our thinking, iterate our approach and build better, faster.
By distilling this data into critical insights we move beyond a hunch, building our knowledge base systematically before making key decisions and significant investments of time, money and resources.

Prototyping
With a deeper understanding of the problem we’re solving and a trove of information collected through the testing phase we can develop high fidelity prototypes to determine the best possible solutions as we move forward.

Strategy Deployment
With greater insights gathered through testing and evidence-based solutions deployed through prototypes, we move on to strategy deployment. Working collaboratively with our clients, we develop a step-by-step execution plan that is clear, comprehensive and flexible while ensuring collective buy-in across the organization and among key stakeholders.
